All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Your items may be shipped in more than one package so don't be concerned if you don't receive everything in one go.
We take privacy very seriously. We will never share your personal details with anyone other than in the process of taking payment - such as your credit card Company or bank, and we do not store your credit card information when you place an order.
Any item can be returned within 28 days of your order as long as it is unopened and in a saleable condition. See our returns section for more details and instructions.

Payment, Pricing and Promotions
Payments are taken at the time of ordering as all items on the site tend to be in stock. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped your payment will be refunded immediately - by immediately we mean the first opportunity during office hours.
